1 Overview

Traditional land and resources information management mainly uses software platforms such as ArcGIS, MapInfo, and MapGIS, combined with databases such as Oracle and SQLserver, to abstractly reflect the real world, better at accessing and manipulating vector data, and requiring certain professionalism of operators . However, with the in-depth application of GIS, users are more demanding to restore reality in a three-dimensional scene. The traditional single-factor management method cannot meet the current management needs, and it is necessary to achieve a two-dimensional to three-dimensional transformation. Feiyan's three-dimensional land information platform is a new geographic information application platform that combines multiple platforms and multiple data to realize the expression of the surface and shape of objects to the internal structure and meet the needs of three-dimensional observation, processing and analysis.



2. System functions

1) Patch management

Combining traditional vector spot data with 3D models, click on the spot to view and edit operations, and to achieve ground-type spot data management in a 3D environment.

2) Patch query

Through the enterprise search engine, locate the spot quickly and accurately through keywords. Click on the plot to display the associated attribute information.

3) Inconsistent patterns

By comparing and analyzing the attributes of the speckles and the image, the changed speckles can be found and identified. The simulated three-dimensional model can be directly simulated to the real situation.

4) Building inquiry

The building keywords can be used to locate the building and display the building attribute information. You can observe the building situation and surrounding environment in multiple dimensions while viewing the attribute information.

5) Household management

It can locate a certain residential area and manage the information of each household in the residential area. By clicking on each house, you can view detailed information such as the head of the household, specific address, and rental situation.

6) Natural scene rendering

Rainfall, snow, fog, and sunshine conditions at different times of the day are generated through system simulation to reflect the real world more realistically and achieve higher-precision observation.

7) Land planning

The effects of various planning schemes are simulated by three-dimensional GIS to judge the feasibility of the schemes. For example, the land is excavated and then rebuilt, and the construction situation after rebuilding can be simulated and generated.
