After the DOM is made, it is necessary to check the quality of the DOM. 100% inspection of the image results is carried out from the aspects of the mathematical basis of the DOM results, framing and numbering, resolution, data coverage, accuracy, image quality, etc., and a corresponding inspection record is formed.
Note that when doing DOM quality checks:
① The mathematical foundation of DOM should be correct, and the images within the range should have no loopholes;
② Both the framing DOM and the whole area DOM should have clear images, moderate contrast, uniform color and tone, continuous, seamless and visual consistency;
③ For the inlaid DOM, there should be no obvious grayscale changes and obvious inlaid traces near the inlaid line;
④ The ground features and landforms on the digital orthophoto map should be real, without distortion, noise, cloud shadow and other defects;
⑤ The overall appearance of the digital orthophoto map should be neat and beautiful;
⑥ The border difference on the image data does not produce an overall and obvious visual difference
